No, although Camino Kids recommends that you set up an account to make a purchase. This allows us to collect information like your email and shipping address to be able to send you important information regarding the status of your shipment or process of returns. If you do not wish to receive further marketing material, you can always select to unsubscribe from our mailing list (but we don’t really want you to because we send cool stuff!).
Once an order is processed through the system it can’t be reversed and it goes straight to our couriers. However, just email us the situation with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can commence a refund ticket. We offer free returns. So you’ll just need to send the shoes back to us using our reply paid service like a normal refund process. Once we receive the shoes, we will refund the cost of the shoes.

Your Camino Kids gift card has a unique code on it. Please use this code at the checkout page in the ‘Coupon or Voucher’ section. The amount will automatically apply to your purchase as a deduction. Gift cards cannot be redeemable for cash.
We will try our best to have available sizes for all current stock however our shoes are seasonal and we generally don’t re-order styles and sizes once they are out of season. This ensures we always have fresh new styles available for our little stompers. It’s really important to measure your child’s foot before deciding on the size shoe (unless you are already confident on the size of their foot). So get out the tape measure and measure when they are standing. Or trace their foot on a piece of paper and measure it later. With babies, measure their foot in your hand. Get the length from the end of the heel to the end of the longest toe. Make sure you leave approximately 2cm at the most from the big toe to the end of the shoe (about the space of a thumbnail). When your child is wearing their shoes and standing up, check the fit by gently press down with your thumb at the end of their toes. There should be no more than approximately a finger space for babies and thumbnail space for toddlers between the end of the toes and the shoe. You should not allow much more than this or else the shoes will be too big and can effect the way they walk in the shoes. Visit our sizing knowledge hub here. First, measure! It’s very important to measure your child’s foot first. Every brand has a specific size chart. It will give you the measurements of the shoe sole for each size. Measure your child’s foot from the end of the heel to the top of the longest toe. When choosing the size, you should allow some wriggle room from the top of the toe to the end of the shoe. It should be approximately 1.5cm (finger width) for babies and 2cm (thumb width) for toddlers.

Yes! The same refund policy applies to purchases made through Afterpay. We trigger the refund through Afterpay, so only the amounts paid to Afterpay will be refunded to you. This is an automated process.
All returns will be your responsibility until they reach us. Unfortunately we can’t be liable for damaged goods in transit. Returns must arrive in original condition as they were purchased. We recommend that you place your returned item in a secure/padded shipping satchel. If an item is damaged, Camino Kids reserves the right to hold 30% from the refund as a damage fee.

It is always best to keep a record of the tracking number when you post your return so we can investigate it. However if it is deemed lost by Australia Post we cannot be held liable.
Your refund is processed once the goods are received at our warehouse. Please allow between 7-10 days within Australia and 14 days outside of Australia for your item to be returned to us by standard post and your refund to be processed. You will receive an email from our customer service department notifying when your refund has been processed. Shipping times for returns sent via standard post can vary, so please allow at least 7 days for us to receive your goods before contacting us. If it has been longer than this, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update you on the status. It is best to always keep the tracking number of the parcel you sent as a record for us to track it.
We can’t process exchanges. If you wish to change an item for a different size or colour, you’ll have to place a new order. All returned items returned through our FREE return process will be automatically refunded.
