Camino Kids provide an easy returns process.
You can return any item if the item is unused with the original box and/or tags still attached.
For Australian customers – Customers can contact us here or email email@example.com with a ‘Return Request’ listing the order number and the item to be returned. Our customer service team will respond promptly to allow customers to post back. Returns must be requested by email within 14 days of the purchase date.
Once the item is returned by the customer and received by Camino Kids head office, a refund will be processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for Australian orders and 28 business days for international orders to be returned by standard post and a refund to be processed. The Camino Kids customer service team will send an email notifying customers when a refund has been processed. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment, excluding the original postage cost.
For international customers (outside of Australia), the return payment will need to be paid by the customer.
NOTE: We accept return requests on all full priced and sale items within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are provided only for goods that are returned in the original condition as purchased, unworn, with undamaged packaging and tags attached. If an item is returned after having been worn, it will be void of return and sent back to the customer.
Full refunds will not be provided for items that are returned with damaged packaging. A 30% fee of the total purchase price of the product will be applied as it deems the shoe/item to be “unsaleable” again at full price. We recommend that customers post back in a padded satchel to avoid items being damaged in transit.
Didn’t get the right size? Easy. Simply make an order for your new size and send the exchange item back for a refund. Customers can email firstname.lastname@example.org with a ‘Return Request’ listing the order number and the size to be returned. A customer service representative will provide a reply paid address. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date via the process listed above.

If a customer believes that an item they have purchased is faulty, they can request an assessment of the item by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in the email, the order number and a picture of the fault to be assessed. A member of the customer service team will need 1-2 days to assess the fault. If it indeed is deemed as faulty, Camino Kids will advise whether the shoes are returned to the manufacturer of the item, or back to Camino Kids, for a refund. Please note that our refund policy is 14 days from the purchase date. Faults due to general wear and tear will not be accepted outside of this 14 day returns period. If you have purchased your item more than 14 days prior, you can submit your fault, however we cannot guarantee that a return will be agreed to and a refund will be processed. Camino Kids is a reseller of brands and we need to have all faults logged through the manufacturer or brand of the item that has been purchased.
